Account and Data Deletion

These instructions apply to Mini Crossword: Word Game, published by Apiary Games LLC.
Delete your account in Mini Crossword
- Open Mini Crossword and tap the game menu.
- Choose Account, then Delete account.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE, then choose Delete account permanently.
- Wait for the game to confirm deletion. If a connection problem leaves the request pending, reconnect and follow the retry instructions. For an Apple-linked account, follow any additional Apple disconnection prompts.
The same account deletion option is available to guest players. You do not need to connect a sign-in provider first. Deletion affects the current Mini account, not other accounts you may have used.
Request deletion by email
You can request deletion without opening or reinstalling the app. Email support@apiarygames.com with the subject Mini Crossword Account Deletion. Tell us the game name and the email or sign-in provider associated with your account, if applicable. If you have a Mini account identifier, you may include it. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership before deleting account data.
For a guest account, mention that you play as a guest and include any non-secret account identifier available to you. Please do not send passwords, sign-in verification codes, or Mini continue codes.
What deletion covers
Confirmed account deletion removes the current Mini account's cloud progress, sign-in links, provider email information, and active sessions. The app clears that account's local save. Deleted progress cannot be recovered through the game. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete its server account.
Minimal security records and account-deletion markers are retained to prevent abuse and keep deleted accounts from being restored, with no fixed deletion date. A deletion receipt is valid for 24 hours after a request so that interrupted deletion steps can be retried. Separately held advertising or analytics records may be subject to the provider's retention rules; contact us if you want a review of other personal data we control. We will explain any information we must retain and why.
