Apiary Games LLC operates apiarygames.com and related game services. This policy explains the kinds of information we may collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, such as email you send to us, support requests, account details, or feedback. Our games and websites may also collect gameplay, device, log, diagnostic, and approximate usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve the services.

Our games may also collect:

• Advertising identifiers, such as Apple's IDFA or Google's advertising ID, used for ads and to measure how players found the game. On iOS we collect the IDFA only if you allow tracking when the game asks.
• Purchase history, such as which in-game items you bought. Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never receive your payment details.
• Sign-in information, if you choose to sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook: an account ID, and your name or email address if the sign-in provider shares it.
• Saved game progress, such as levels, coins and settings. A guest account can also have data on our servers; signing in may let you continue with the same account on another device.
• Content you share, such as your player name, moves and messages in games with shared play.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the site and games, maintain accounts, respond to messages, prevent abuse, improve product quality, measure performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We also use it to show ads in our games, including personalized ads where you allow them, and to measure how well our ads and marketing work.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with providers and partners who help us operate the site, host game services, process analytics, provide support, show and measure ads, or meet legal and security needs. Other players may see your player name and shared game content in games with shared play.

Depending on the game and platform, these providers may include AppLovin (AppLovin MAX, and the ad networks it works with, which may include Google AdMob), Google (Firebase, including Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics), Meta (Facebook sign-in and measurement), and AppsFlyer. They may collect device identifiers and usage information to provide their services, including measuring ads. Some US state laws may treat sharing information for personalized ads as a "sale" or "sharing". You can opt out as described under Data Choices.

Security and Retention

Information is encrypted in transit, and we limit access to it to what is needed to run the services. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Account deletion removes sign-in links and your public player name, while some shared game contributions, messages and records may remain as described on our Data Deletion page. Other information may be kept longer for security, legal, or service-operational reasons.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Data Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help related to information we control. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or service-operational reasons.

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings: on iOS, turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track; on Android, delete or reset your advertising ID. Email us to request an opt-out of personalized ads or to ask about analytics choices. If your game offers account deletion in Settings, you can use it even when playing as a guest; see Data Deletion.
