User Data Deletion

You can delete an account or request deletion of data associated with Apiary Games services.

Delete Your Account in the Game

If your game offers account deletion in Settings:

1. Open Settings › Account and choose the account deletion option.
2. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the game.

You can use the in-game option for a guest account where it is offered; you do not need to sign in first. When deletion succeeds, your account and its sign-in links are removed, and you lose access to its saved progress and items. The game confirms when deletion is complete.

Some permanent shared contributions, such as moves on a shared game board, may remain without your player name. Other shared content, including messages, may still contain your player name. Email us to ask us to review that content and other personal data we control.

Ask Us by Email

If the in-game option is unavailable, or you want us to review other data connected to you, email support@apiarygames.com. Tell us which game you play, your player name, and how you signed in, if applicable. We may ask for information to verify the request. Guest accounts can also have server data, so uninstalling a game alone may not delete that data.

Facebook Login

If you used Facebook to sign in, you can remove the game from your Facebook account under Settings › Apps and Websites. Removing the game there stops future access through Facebook but does not delete account data we already hold. Use the in-game deletion option or email us to request that deletion.

What Happens Next

We will review email requests and delete or anonymize information we control after verifying the account. We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, or service-operational reasons. Deleting an account cannot be undone.
